Elle est entièrement climatisée et possède tous les éléments de confort nécessaire. La cuisine est équipée de 2 frigos, 2 machines à laver la vaisselle, un grand four, des plaques vitro céramiques, un four à micro onde, une machine à café expresso automatique ….

La buanderie est équipée d’un grand lave linge, d’un sèche linge…

Sur demande nous pouvons mettre un scooter à disposition et louer un bateau qui sera amarré au ponton du port privé, dans le lottissement.
